Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation & Refunds: Scoreup & Mock Tests
Raise refund request within 2 days of purchase of any mock test/scoreup. A 100% refund (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) will be paid to the candidate if he/she has not attempted more than 2 paid tests. No Refund request will be entertained after 2 days of purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Classes (Live Classes / Video Course)
TopRankers, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a Batch/classes, or an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force major events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
In case TopRankers cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the Candidates. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded. If a cancellation is done by a candidate 2 days (or more) prior to the event (before batch start), 50% of the total paid fee (Additionally, GST and Payment gateway charges) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate. If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 2 days of course purchase (after batch start), a 100% cash back will be paid (after deducting GST & Payment gateway charges) if candidate has not watched more than 2 classes/videos. If a candidate has watched more than 2 classes, there won’t be any refund.
No refund will be provided for delay of the batch start.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by TopRankers.
